Technologies play a fundamental role in the proposal of IMANOI‘s processes and products: the plastic bottom moulding plants, which are independent from each other, allow the company to be extremely flexible in the today’s market, guaranteeing its customers efficiency and punctuality in the respect of the pre-established delivery times. This type of autonomous production structure also allows to create blends of completely different characteristics from one mould to another, thus respecting the uniqueness and specificity of the individual design requirements.

Together with the moulding departments, the structure for the preparation of finishes and final assembly of products has also been implemented over the years.

PROCESSES AND PRODUCTION

IMANOI means enjoying an innovative and unique production competence.

The well-established manufacturing processes applied to multiple consumer markets are the result of continuous research and development and a unique manufacturing process that is designed and developed to innovate each product from material formulation through mould design to the moulding process.

1 THE DESIGN STAGE

The optimization of the design of each product, in accordance with the moulding processes, is a key point in the production process conducted in collaboration with the IMANOI company, which over time has given rise to unique and high quality products.

2 THE FIRST PROTOTYPE

Collaborating with the IMANOI company in the development and design of a new product also allows you to benefit from a prototyping process, a very important moment to be able to verify and validate all the functionalities of the prototype design before production.

3 THE PROCESS

Together with the partner, IMANOI coordinates, the supplier and the producer of the moulds under the supervision of a dedicated team. Each mould is tested and monitored until it meets all the requirements for achieving the highest quality in moulding and automated production.

4 THE PRODUCTION

The technology used and IMANOI‘s modern facilities guarantee rapid production and an exceptional level of moulding quality. Each phase is monitored and controlled throughout the production chain. The organisation of the supply chain ensures fast and efficient deliveries to all customer facilities.

Sustainability, a responsible mission.

IMANOI promotes the testing of new raw materials that can be recycled or used in other secondary processes and with low environmental impact. To do this, it adopts sustainable production solutions, focusing on continuous improvement of the soles it produces and respect.

Through the collaboration with compounds suppliers, IMANOI is very concerned about the respect of environmental sustainability policies, a commitment that the company continues to pursue also through the self-development of eco-sustainable machines for the recovery and reuse of industrial waste and manufacturing.

IMANOI has reduced VOC emissions into the atmosphere by replacing environmentally sustainable alternative raw materials with reduced or zero volatile organic carbon content.

IMANOI performs periodic environmental sampling in order to reduce the risk and guarantee the health and safety of workers in accordance with Legislative Decree 81/2008 and subsequent amendments and integrations.
